Please join us for a fun-filled evening at our 19th Annual Charity Dinner Dance & Gift Auction being held on Friday, March 19th, 2010 at the PNC Arts Reception Center. This years event will benefit the Ocean of Love charity and the Jackson Food Pantry. Ocean of Love is a non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to providing emotional and financial support to cancer-stricken children and their families. They were founded in 1988 and now provide assistance to more than 350 children. This evening will offer guests the chance to win an assortment of prizes including dining vouchers for fabulous area restaurants, electronics and much more. There will also be a silent auction showcasing fantastic sports memorabilia and fine art pieces.

Mar 16, 2010: Fitness Matters for Moms at Rohrer Center for Health and Fitness
This class helps to prepare the body for labor. Women who exercise during/after pregnancy have reduced weight gain, more rapid weight loss after pregnancy and improved mood/sleep patterns. The instructor is an RN who has been teaching pre/post natal fitness classes for ten years. The class consists of stretching (using yoga), low impact exercises, toning and light strength training with weights. Please bring a towel or mat and wear sneakers. *No note necessary, but check with your doctor before starting any exericse program.Classes are held Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in an ongoing series that can be joined at any time. Held at the William G. Rohrer Center for HealthFitness in Voorhees, advance registration is not required. Fee of $64 is for 8 weeks. Take Pre-Natal Yoga AND Fitness Class for $118.00 (a $10 discount). Free for members of the Center for HealthFitness.
